Yokagawa Electric Corporation Joins LogicVision's LVReady™ Automatic Test Equipment Interoperability Program

SAN JOSE, Calif. —Dec. 20, 2007 — LogicVision, Inc. (NASDAQ: LGVN), a leading provider of test and yield learning capabilities for the semiconductor industry, and Yokogawa Electric Corporation a leading supplier of Automatic Test Equipment today announced that Yokogawa has joined LogicVision’s LVReady™ program to ensure seamless interaction between LogicVision’s Silicon Insight™ semiconductor diagnostic product family and Yokogawa’s testers to accelerate manufacturing test development, silicon bring-up and diagnostics.

By using an LVReady tester, customers can take advantage of LogicVision’s vectorless manufacturing test and diagnostic flows. These robust and streamlined flows ensure fast silicon bring-up times and quick turn-around on diagnosing root causes of device failures.
