LogicVision's product lines address design for test, silicon debug, and yield learning applications. The products are used in design, post-silicon manufacturing test and parametric yield analysis of large digital and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs), especially those using leading-edge process nodes. This includes logic, memory, PLL, and high-speed I/O design. The products cater to high-volume or yield-sensitive markets where minimal defects per million (DPM) counts, low field returns, quick silicon bring up, and low cost of test are key requirements.
LogicVision products are well entrenched in the consumer, telecom, wireless, and peripheral markets. The target users are IC design/DFT engineers as well as test/product and failure analysis engineers at integrated device manufacturers, fabless semiconductor companies, foundries, and IC test outsource providers.
