Field Applications Engineer, San Diego, CA
This individual oversees pre-sales and post-sales support of LogicVision's products. They provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, evaluations and critical early engagements. They also provide post-sales technical support of LogicVision's technology and products and work with customers to integrate LogicVision products into their design flows.Responsibilities
- Give technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Manage customer evaluations and benchmarks
- Provide post-sales customer support when not involved with pre-sales activities.
- Assist with quality assurance testing of LogicVision products and technologies.
- Assist with creation of applications notes and other customer training material
- Coordinating and conveying to Marketing key feedback, concerns, and issues of LogicVision's customer base and products to support the product development process, competitive analysis process, and sales process
Key Technical Criteria
- BSEE degree and a minimum of 4 years semiconductor experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer/sales technical support
- Effective communication and presentation skills in technically complex subjects
- Direct or indirect chip design experience.
- Working understanding of the ASIC design flow and associated tools and technology
