LogicVision provides integrated test and yield learning solutions that enable its customer to achieve very high quality metrics, accelerate silicon bring-up, reduce overall cost of test and facilitate yield learning. The company's ET Create™ products allow designers to embed test and characterization IP directly into a semiconductor device. These embedded test IP operate as "eyes in the die," observing and testing the device. LogicVision's Silicon Insight™ software interfaces to popular test-platforms or a customer's performance board and interacts with the embedded test IP to enable performance characterization and identify failure mechanisms. LogicVision's Yield Insight™ software accumulates and analyzes chip tester data in order to automatically identify systemic yield limiting issues.
Together, these three product lines allow customers to achieve very low DPMs (defects per million), drastically reduce silicon bring-up times and learn about potential yield limiting factors in the design and manufacture of semiconductors.
