The Customer Advocacy department represents you, the customer, here at LogicVision. Our team has a direct mission to accelerate customer success through delivering training, listening to customers and addressing issues quickly. Customer Advocacy defines the success of its mission by reducing the time it takes our customers to implement LogicVision technology. We do this by proactively mitigating and responding to issues and concerns in a timely manner.
Customer satisfaction is an essential component of LogicVision's corporate culture, as evidenced by our Mission Statement:
